Alex Marshall

Alex Marshall

Alex Marshall has played a major role in the development of the Company since its inception. Having earned his degree in business, thereafter attending Law School, Alex Marshall has a strong legal background which serves him well as our Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Co-President since 2004. Financially conservative, Alex is largely responsible for the company’s excellent financial positioning.

In 2013, Alex embarked on a new agenda and expansion of the parent company which resulted in two new divisions. Since then, company wide home staging revenue has increased nearly 500% on an annualized basis. Currently, Mr. Marshall continues to pursue strategies to further grow the business with his Co-President and brother, Jeff Marshall.

Alex has been a leader in legal and operational guidance in several acquisitions including Jaxon Home (2016), K + V Home Staging (2017) and Fictional Homes (2018) while providing day in and day out leadership as the Chief Officer for the family of companies.

Anna Marshall

Anna Marshall

Anna Marshall received her formal education in design at renowned art academy, Otis Parsons. Having grown up in a family of Beverly Hills real estate developers and being the daughter of an interior designer, she has spent the last twenty years involved in all aspects of remodeling and interior design.

She understands high-end real estate, which enables her to create gorgeous spaces and stage landmark estates for quick sale.

Working with many affluent clients, Anna has developed a keen sense of what her clients need and want and she is able to make even the most challenging spaces look irresistible to buyers. Her clients joke that she should have been a therapist, but the truth is, she is just a good listener with a goal to make the most out of each space she works in. It’s important to Anna to design functional rooms that look world class and feel comfortable. She respects her clients’ style, and she is always honest about what she feels will help make their space the absolute best that it can be.

Jeff Marshall

Principal designer and Co-President, Jeff Marshall has worked in the entertainment industry, acting on television and film, producing video, and composing music, setting the stage for the company’s creative design direction.

With nearly two decades of assisting in the sale of Southern California real estate and having executed thousands of home staging agreements for multi-million dollar properties on behalf of top agents, builders and everyday homeowners, Jeff Marshall is widely recognized as a top name in the home staging industry.

Christina Kretschmer

Our newest addition to our expanding team of designers. Christina deserves special acknowledgment as an important member of our home staging design team, following the purchase of her firm’s collection of designer furnishings. Christina has vast experience, top industry contacts and home staging expertise. She comes to the Westside by way of New York. Her formal education is in furniture history (Bard College) which she rounds out with years of experience in the world of advertising, and 10 years of luxury home staging, for a formidable combination that her clients love. Agents tell us that they appreciate the eclectic eye and attention to detail that she brings to their projects, helping them make each listing stand out on its own as unique and original. Never cookie cutter in her design approach, she works hard to make your property stand out from the rest. An accomplished operator and years of owning her own home staging company ensure that her projects run smoothly and leave homeowners feeling confident they are being well cared for, and that their property is the top priority.

Tony Reda

A top tier sales producer, Tony Reda has refined his intuition of creating beautiful and commercially appealing interiors over the course of a dynamic career. His knowledge and experience in all aspects of the high end housing market makes him an invaluable addition to MDG Estates’ highly skilled and effective team.

Tony has spent many years working as Design Associate with Darren Cardona Design. This partnership has afforded him the opportunity to work on many remodeling projects throughout San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. For the past six years, Tony has worked with a consistently top providing agent at Rodeo Realty. In his time there, he has exposed himself to a vast amount of high end listings and clients cultivating his superb communication and collaboration skills, and understanding of how to prepare homes to surpass the competition in the westside housing market.

Chantal Moyal

Chantal Moyal

Chantal Moyal is a Los Angeles local who grew up on both the West and East side. Being raised by two foreign parents allowed her to grow up with a mixture of American, European and Middle Eastern culture, which can be seen throughout her design style.

Being creative since she was a child has led her to attend and graduate from FIDM with honors, and go on to work in various design fields. Interior design has traveled alongside her throughout her career.

Chantal’s knowledge of the Industry and the City of Los Angeles enables her to consistently be one step ahead of the curve with new and innovative styles. She keeps up to date on all the latest design trends, so she can work efficiently and fashionably, while always keeping the interests of the seller and the buyer at hand. Chantal makes sure that your home has a sophisticated style that stands out and appeals to every demographic.

Michael McCraine

Michael McCraine has been creating stunning home, office, and event interiors for over 10 years.
Her standout projects include:

• An award winning Venice residence by architectural firm Marmol Radziner + Associates
• A 6500 square foot landmark craftsman home on prestigious Adelaide Drive in Santa Monica
• The transformation of an historic church in Pasadena into an innovative space for a Fortune 500 company’s product design and marketing teams

Michael’s career in design began as a fashion model. Traveling the world, shooting in spectacular locations, she found herself drawn to architecture and interiors. She studied how top photographers used light, color, and composition to stage scenes reflecting the lifestyle and culture of each location. After leaving the industry, she continued her study of these crucial design elements at University of California, Los Angeles.

She founded her firm Lady Michael Design in 2004. After eight successful years furnishing homes and offices, Michael became drawn to the thrill and test of home staging—designing spaces to sell.

She founded Fictional Homes in 2012.
